CONTACT ROUTES

Where to send term queries

If a clause is unclear, write from the email or mobile number linked to your account and mention the exact section you want checked.

Email support Write from the email linked to your account and include the page, request date, and payment reference if the query involves UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe. We log the thread so you can track the reply.
Account message Use the message area after login when you need a written record of a change request or a question on a clause. We match each request to the current version of the terms before we answer.
Contact form If you cannot access the message area, send the form with your account name and the subject line. We use it for correction requests, eligibility checks, and any term dispute that needs a dated trail.
RECORD CARE

How we handle your records

We handle policy records with a narrow purpose: to run the account, answer your requests, and meet legal duties tied to the terms.

Data use

We keep account details, contact details, device logs, and transaction references only for account handling, legal checks, and support replies. We do not use them for stray purposes outside the terms you accepted.

Cookies

Cookies help us keep you signed in, remember your language setting, and track whether a form was submitted. You can clear them in your browser, though some pages may ask you to sign in again.

Security steps

We expect you to keep your password private, avoid shared devices when possible, and check the account name before you submit payment details. If you spot anything unusual, tell support at once from the account area.

Record retention

We retain records for the period needed to run the account, answer queries, and meet legal duties. When the retention period ends, we remove or anonymise records unless another rule requires us to keep them longer.

Change requests

If your details change, send a dated request with the new record and proof that matches the account name. We review it against the terms in force at the time and update only where the request is valid.

Access requests

For a copy of stored data or a correction request, contact support through the in-account form or the email shown in your profile. We may ask for extra proof before making any change.

Common questions on these terms

These answers cover access, changes, stored records, and the contact route for term-related requests. If local law affects your case, we apply the rule only where it is allowed to apply, and we keep the page wording aligned with the version that was live when you acted. That way you can check the rule that governed your request without guessing which version we used.

They apply only where local law permits access. If your location is not permitted, or if the legal position changes, we do not treat the page as permission to use the account from that place.

Yes. We may update the wording on the page, and the live version at the time of your action is the one that governs that action. If a change matters to you, check the current page first.

Send the request from your account contact route and include the exact detail you want changed. We may ask for matching proof so the record update reflects the same name, number, or payment source.

We keep account, device, and transaction records only as long as needed for account handling, security checks, support replies, and legal duties. After that, we remove them or convert them to non-identifying form where allowed.

Yes. If you submit a request through UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, or Google Pay, the payment source should match your account details. A mismatch can delay verification until we can confirm the connection.

Use the in-account message area or the address listed in your profile, and name the clause, date, and any reference number. That helps us trace the exact version and answer you clearly.
